Donating blood is safe and easy--You must be 17 years old, 16 with a signed parental consent form, weigh 110 pounds and be in good health. You can donate whole blood every 56 days or double red cells every 112 days.
To determine if you are eligible to donate, you will be asked to answer donor screening questions, have a confidential evaluation of your responses and an evaluation of your vital signs.

For your convenience you can schedule an appointment online for any blood drive or the Blood Center in Springfield. However, walk-ins are always welcome!
